NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO APPLICATION BY THE TOWN OF DUBLIN FOR FUNDING UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dublin Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on March 3, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the agenda will allow, at the Dublin Community Center, Dr. R. L. Summerlin Building, 120 Second Street, Dublin, NC, in relation to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for a project in the community. The Town of Dublin anticipates submitting CDBG applications within the next twelve months. Information on the amount of funding available, the requirements on benefit to low- and moderate- income persons, eligible activities, and plans to minimize displacement and provide displacement assistance as necessary will be available. Citizens will also be given the opportunity to provide oral and written comments on the Town's use of CDBG funds. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
